Charlestown Place is located between Historic Downtown Hendersonville and Historic Flat Rock off Scenic Highway 225. Here you will find a quiet community of fifty-two townhomes tucked between older established neighborhoods with mature trees. Charlestown Place is close to everything the area is famous for, including the Flat Rock Playhouse, the Carl Sandburg National Historic Site, hiking trails, and lots of unique shops and welcoming restaurants. Necessities of life are all nearby.

Charlestown Place was developed in the early 2000s and the average home here is about 8 years old. Within the last two years, eight homes have sold, with prices between $145,000 and $242,500. There are five homes available right now. Homes currently for sale range from $199,900 to $299,900. Sizes range from 2-4 bedrooms, and from 1,455 to 3,021 square feet. Charlestown Place is well-tended by its residents, and is a wonderful place for walking alone or with your pet along both sidewalks and a trail through the woods.
